2.       No refunds in any condition
3.       This card contains pre approved tests in your account
4.       Note that when you take the tests no matter if the test is complete or incomplete it will be counted as a test taken
5.       We do not offer any phone support, Email: info@learn18.com, write your card PIN no. on email queries
6.       This card will be valid for 1 year from date of purchase
